Who we are
UpLift Media (“we”) runs paid-advertising campaigns for local service businesses. Contact: contact-us@upliftmedia.agency.
What we collect, and why
- Contact form: your name, business name, email, optional phone number, business type, optional budget range and your message. We use these solely to reply to your enquiry and prepare for a call you have requested.
- Email: anything you send us directly stays between us and is used only to handle your enquiry.
Our legal basis for processing this information is legitimate interest — replying to an enquiry you chose to send us. Where you’ve ticked the consent box on the form, we also rely on your consent to contact you about it.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your information, ever.
- We don’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.
- This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies unless and until an analytics tool is enabled, in which case this policy will be updated to say exactly which one.
Where your data lives
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by our form provider (Web3Forms) and stored in our email. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us at any time to show you, correct, delete, or restrict the personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. Email contact-us@upliftmedia.agency and we’ll act on it within one working day.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) — though we’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
